Welcome to the Leadership Summit Meeting 2026

We recently initiated the next chapter of our company. A new strategy period is just around the corner, and we are eager to kickstart this new phase of our Helvetia journey together with you. ​

Get ready to engage with our core values and our new strategy pillars as our Group CEO Fabian and the Group Executive Board eagerly await your arrival in Basel for our next Executive Management Meeting taking place from September 16th to September 18th. ​

Exchange experiences, forge and refresh personal relationships, and immerse yourself in our new strategy story together with other senior leaders from across the company. Together, we are key in bringing our new strategy to life, and the Leadership Summit will serve as our starting point. ​

When do we meet?

12th of January 2026
After your individual arrival and check-in at the hotel, we meet each other at 18:00 in front of the main entrance of the Mövenpick Hotel Basel.

13th of January 2026
We kick-off at 08:45 in the Auditorium at the Helvetia Campus Basel.

14th of September 2026
We kick-off at 09:00 in the Auditorium at the Helvetia Campus Basel.

Attendees organize their travel to and from the Hotel in Basel individually. The Hotel will be arranged for you by the organisation team.
Please note the recommendation by Group Physical Security & Safety that no more than half of an Executive Management Team of a respective Market Unit should be travelling on the same flight.

Dress code throughout the Leadership Summit is casual – come as you feel most comfortable.

One of our accommodations will be the Mövenpick Hotel Basel, which is the new flagship of Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts and the perfect starting point for an inspiring stay in Basel. The internationally renowned interior designer Matteo Thun is responsible for the feel-good atmosphere in the 264 rooms with state-of-the-art comfort and spectacular views. The hotel is ideally located for our conference as the SBB railroad station, the Helvetia Campus, and the old town are just a few minutes' walk away.

How to reach the Mövenpick Hotel Basel from the airport:

Taxis
Available outside the arrival hall.

Bus
Follow the signs in the arrival hall to the bus station «Basel EuroAirport Ankunft».
Take Bus Nr. 50 to «Basel Bahnhof SBB». The bus operates every 7-8 minutes.

Once arrived at Basel Bahnhof SBB walk straight past the «Hotel Schweizerhof Basel» . Cross the street and you will see the Mövenpick Hotel Basel straight ahead – this will be your home for the next few days.

How to reach the Mövenpick Hotel Basel from the train station:

Once arrived at the train station «Basel Bahnhof SBB» walk out through the main entrance of the arrival hall and after that walk straight past the «Hotel Schweizerhof Basel». Cross the street and you will see the Mövenpick Hotel Basel straight ahead

A further accommodation will be the Hotel Victoria Basel, a charming and historic hotel that has been welcoming guests since 1906. Conveniently located in the heart of Basel, the hotel is just a short walk from the SBB railway station, and the Helvetia Campus.

How to reach the Hotel Victoria Basel from the airport:

Bus
Follow the signs in the arrival hall to the bus station «Basel EuroAirport Ankunft».
Take Bus Nr. 50 to «Basel Bahnhof SBB». The bus operates every 7-8 minutes.

Once arrived at Basel Bahnhof SBB walk straight past the «Hotel Schweizerhof Basel» . Cross the street and you will see the Hotel Victoria Basel straight ahead

How to reach the Mövenpick Hotel Basel from the train station:

Once arrived at the train station «Basel Bahnhof SBB» walk out through the main entrance of the arrival hall and than turn right, and you will see the Hotel Vicoria.

How to reach the Helvetia Campus from the Mövenpick Hotel Basel:

After exiting the Mövenpick Hotel Basel, follow the street "Aeschengraben" towards the "Aeschenplatz". Once arrived at the "Aeschenplatz" continue walking straight ahead. After approximately 200 meters you'll arrive at the Helvetia Campus on your right side.

How to reach the Helvetia Campus from the train station:

Once arrived at the train station «Basel Bahnhof SBB» walk out through the main entrance of the arrival hall and after that walk straight past the «Hotel Schweizerhof Basel». Cross the street and you will see the Mövenpick Hotel Basel straight ahead. Walk past the Mövenpick Hotel Basel by following the street "Aeschengraben" towards the "Aeschenplatz". Once arrived at the "Aeschenplatz" continue walking straight ahead. After approximately 200 meters you'll arrive at the Helvetia Campus on your right side.
